Hans-Peter Haubold

Position: CEO

Area of expertise: Real Estate, Fintech, Information Technology

With a background in economics, Hans-Peter Haubold has held roles such as department head in finance, M&A and Business Development leader in a consumer goods conglomerate, and an investment fund board member.

As CEO of FTHP Holding, he assumes interim management positions in various investments. He boasts extensive expertise in finance, M&A, strategic planning, private equity, and medium-sized enterprise management. With over 20 companies, he's served as a turnaround manager, CRO, and CEO. Additionally, he advises companies as a member of both supervisory and advisory boards, and he has been honored with a prestigious title as a Senator by the BVMW.

Tobias Haubold

Position: CIO

Area of expertise: AI, Energy

Tobias Haubold holds an M.Sc. in Applied and Engineering Physics from the Technical University of Munich and a B.Sc. in Physics from LMU Munich. As an AI Technical Consultant at TRUSTEQ, he focuses on delivering production-ready GenAI solutions in highly regulated environments. He also brings strong expertise in M&A and venture capital, including due diligence and target funneling, across strategy, market, and business model assessment.

His roles involve various responsibilities, from conducting research to financial analysis and business modeling.

Henrik Schmidt

Position: Advisory

Area of expertise: AI, Automotive

Henrik holds a Master’s degree in Robotics and AI from the Technical University of Munich, building on a background in Mechanical Engineering. He has gained experience in product development across startups, mid-sized companies, and large corporations, complemented by his own entrepreneurial ventures.

In his advisor role, he focuses on AI-driven process automation—building and scaling AI use cases, developing prototypes, and leading cross-functional initiatives to drive efficiency and create measurable business impact.

Fabiana Haubold

Position: Advisory

Area of expertise: Life Sciences, Food

Fabiana Haubold holds a Master of Management from IESE Business School and a Master of Science in Chemistry from the Technical University of Munich. As an Project Manager at Munich Strategy, she specializes in strategic transformation. Her work includes M&A projects for private equity firms in the food and construction sectors, commercial due diligence, and strategy workshops. She is a specialist in OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology.

In her advisor role, she supports commercial due diligence from target screening to market/customer validation, translating insights into clear investment and growth recommendations.
